Spaggeti Daging Tomato
Bahan-Bahan:
½ paket spaghetti
500 gram daging cincang
250 gram tomato puri
250 gram sos tomato 250 gram bawang besar dipotong dadu
250 gram buah tomato dicincang
200 gram mentega (butter)
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Spaghetti direbus. Apabila spaghetti sudah lembut, masukkan sedikit mentega, kacau dan toskan airnya. Panaskan periuk dan cairkan mentega. Masukkan daging cincang. Kemudian dikacau hingga empuk. Kemudian masukkan bawang besar dan kacau. Masukkan tomato yang dicincang dan kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan tomato puri dan kacau rata. Jika kuah terlalu pekat tambahkan sedikit air. Biar hingga mendidih. Apabila kuah mendidih, masukkan sos tomato dan kacau perlahan - lahan. Akhir sekali masukkan garam secukup rasa. Biar hingga masak.
Tambahan:
Minyak zaitun juga boleh digunakan bagi mengelakkan spaghetti daripada melekat. Caranya apabila spaghetti sudah ditoskan airnya, ambil sedikit minyak zaitun dan masukkan ke dalam spaghetti dan ratakan hingga kena pada semua spaghetti... Thanks

3 lb Fresh mussels,scrubbed,
-beard removed and steamed
-for 10 minutes
4 c Chopped onions
3/4 c Olive oil
1 c Long grain rice,washed and
-drained
1 1/2 t Salt
Pepper to taste
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Allspice
1 t Dried basil
3/4 c Currants
1/4 c Pine nuts
2 c Water
Prepare mussels and set aside. Saute onions in olive oil until soft.
Add rice and mix thoroughly. Add salt, pepper, spices, currants and
pine nuts. Mix well. Add water, bring to a boil and cook for 10
minutes at medium heat. Add cleaned mussels, removed from their
shells, mix thoroughly and cook about 10 minutes. Serve at room
temperatur, mounded in a dish surrounded by fresh lemon slices. This
may be used as an appetizer or as a side dish.
